Very easy to operate. Special cleaners not needed, just add cold water up to the fill line with a dab of regular dish detergent. This unit does a fantastic job of cleaning all the nooks and crannies behind the diamonds which diminish the sparkle. I used to work in jewelry sales and clean jewelry all the time so I know what clean diamonds look like. A must have!!!

Wow, this is definitely worth it! My diamonds shine like the day I got them. I can’t imagine my jewelry getting any more sparkle with a more expensive cleaner. I am very glad to have this.

The only thing this is good for is getting your jewelry wet. If you want your jewelry to be clean and sparkly, don’t bother with this product.
